And in life, we have also had to make so many adjustments, just like the rest of the world.
Masks, PPE, clinic clean-downs… the list goes on. Worrying about the health of our patients and loved ones in a greater way than ever before. Feeling frustrated that our attempts to reduce our single use plastic is now over-run with the need to use lots of it to keep us all safe.
The changes to our boys routines, to our routines, our parents.
Adjustments in life are necessary, to help reduce inflammation and difficulty. But we honestly never thought we’d be living through ones such as these.
